  1. Refund Policy

    We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the candle must be not used. To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll notify you through email. You can always contact us for any return question at [email protected]. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service. Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer. In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days.
